Best Glass Workshops In Hong Kong

Glass making and glass blowing can be one of the most fun and creative experiences. If you'd love to give it a go or if you've recently watched the Netflix competition series "Blown Away" (if you haven't watched it yet you should!) then this is the list for you!


Glazden


Established in 2017, Glazden is an independent glass studio producing limited edition glassware and sculpture. The studio also has a glass education program and holds regular glass making public workshops and group activities. Glazden offers workshops in glass blowing, hot sculpting and lampworking. Glazden's expertise in glass is only solidified by their artist in residence programme and internships with HKBU's Academy of Visual Arts which is currently producing some of the best glass artists in Hong Kong. Glazden also offers private parties and team building workshops.

Soekjing Studio was founded by Kwan Tse, an emerging artist from Hong Kong. Soekjing Studio offers glass blowing and stained glass workshops for 1 - 4 people and workshops typically last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours making this the perfect activity with a small group of friends. For those with more experience looking to work on their own glass projects the studio and equipment is also available for rent.
