Fotan Studio will be opening to visitors for two weekends this January. Get a first hand insitght into the workings of 14 artists and explore their lievely studios.

First established in 2000, Fotan Open Studios is one of the longest-running and most-anticipated annual visual arts events in Hong Kong. Each year, invited guests have the chance to see behind the scenes of our growing creative community of painters, calligraphers, sculptors, ceramic artists and designers.

In 2025, Fotan Open Studios will take place on two weekends: Saturday and Sunday January 11th & 12th, 18th & 19th from 2:00pm – 6:00pm. Participating studios will allow visitors the exciting opportunity to meet the artists in person, see artwork in the environment in which it is created and hear about artists‘ inspirations and methods first hand. Visitors can also explore this fascinating industrial area in the Fo Tan.
